Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping options
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 2–5 business days — $5.99
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days — calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $85
All orders ship from our studio in Florida. At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or damaged packages
Every shipment includes tracking, and Priority Mail shipments include insurance. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at hello@playanddress.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
